Outlook Express Email Setup

  • Open Outlook Express. Go to Tools and click Accounts on the menu.
  • Make sure that you are on the Mail tab. At this time delete any email accounts that you are no longer using by highlighting the account and clicking Remove on the right side of the window.
  • Click Add, then Mail...
  • The wizard will prompt you for your name, type in your name. Click Next.
  • It now asks for your email address. Please refer to your welcome email for your exact email address. Click Next.
  • It is now asking for E-mail Server Names.
  • Next to Incoming mail (POP3) server type "mail.realeasynet.com " (without the quotes).
  • Next to Outgoing mail (SMTP) server type "mail.realeasynet.com " (without the quotes). Click Next.
  • Where it asks for your Account Name, type in your username. ( EX. Yourusername@realeasynet.com )
  • Regarding Outgoing Mail Server
  • Be sure to check * My Server Requires authentication and Log On Using
  • Enter Your Account Name : your User Name@realeasynet.com then Enter your Password (XXXXX) then check Remember Password ..then click O.K.
  • Please refer to your welcome message for your exact email username. If you wish for Outlook Express to remember your password type it in next to Password and check the box next to Remember Password. Click Next.
  • The wizard should tell you that you have successfully entered your account. Click Finish. Click Close



Microsoft Outlook 2000

Setting up your desktop email application is easy and takes less than 5 minutes. You will need the email address and password you entered when you activated your account.

  • Open Outlook
  • From the Tools menu, select Email Accounts
  • Select Add a new email account and then click Next
  • Select POP3 . Connect to a POP3 email server to download your email and then click Next
  • Enter your Internet Email Settings as follows
  • Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear on your outgoing mail
  • E-mail Address: Enter your full email address.
  • YourUserName@realeasynet.com
  • Incoming mail server: mail.realeasynet.com
  • Outgoing mail server: mail.realeasynet.com
  • Username: Enter your username.
  • Password: Enter your password
  • Click the More Settings. button and then click the Outgoing server tab
  • Check the box next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
  • Select the radio button next to Use same settings as my incoming mail server and click OK
  • When you return to the Internet Email Settings window, click Next
  • Click finish to complete your setup.
